FrameQuery is now available on Windows
FrameQuery for Windows has shipped, with the same indexing and search as the macOS app. Here's how to get it, and what to do if Windows SmartScreen flags the installer.
FrameQuery for Windows is available today. Same local indexing, same plain-language search across your footage, same product as the macOS app we shipped with FrameQuery 1.0. Windows was the most requested platform since launch, and it's here.

A note on Windows SmartScreen
When you run the installer, Windows may show a "Windows protected your PC" warning. This is expected. Our Windows code-signing certificate is still building up reputation with Microsoft, which is a normal part of being on a newer certificate, and SmartScreen is cautious about anything without an established track record yet.
To proceed:
- Click More info on the warning.
- Click Run anyway.
The installer is signed and safe. This warning will go away as the certificate builds reputation over time.
