The production-team pilot

Find the shot your team knows exists.

Search footage from past client shoots by what is on screen or what was said. Find the moment, check the timecode, and take the useful selection into your next edit.

Qualified teams can test up to 20 footage hours over 14 days. No card and no automatic conversion.

Built for the repeat work

Use the same library again when a producer asks for last month's cutaway, an editor needs a specific quote, or a client wants a different version from footage you already shot.

A practical workflow

Set it up once. Make the next request easier.

  1. 01

    Set up one real project

Choose a representative shoot and the folders your team already uses. Agree the questions that would make the test useful before any footage is processed.

  2. 02

    Index the material once

FrameQuery reads the originals where they live, then creates a searchable local index from the selected frames, audio, transcripts and scene metadata.

  3. 03

Find the moment and hand it off

Search by what is on screen or what was said, open the matching timecode, then export selected results to FCPXML, Premiere XML, EDL or LosslessCut CSV.

Need the format details? See the NLE export options and compatibility list before you test.

Data handling, plainly

Your originals stay where you keep them for normal indexing.

Your computer & storage

Original footage → extracted frames & audio

↓ Selected frames & audio sent for analysis

Cloud analysis

Visual analysis & transcription

↓ Analysis results returned to your computer

Your local search library

Search, preview & select a moment

FrameQuery reads original files on your computer and sends selected frames and extracted audio for cloud analysis. Normal indexing does not upload the original video files.

Cloud-hosted sharing and review are separate choices that upload sharing data and playable video proxies for the recipients you choose. Search results return to a local library on your device.

A bounded pilot

Test it on the work that matters this month.

The pilot is for teams that shoot regularly and need to find moments in past footage. Choose one person to own the test and agree the questions before the clock starts, so you can decide from your own material.

14 days to test
Up to 20 footage hours
One 30-minute setup session
One 30-minute review
Before the pilot starts, choose five real shots or spoken lines your team needs to find. At the review, we'll check the results together. There is no card and no automatic conversion; we'll agree the likely published plan or a Studio quote before you start.
